We are seeking an enthusiastic educator to join a specialist school in Cranborne, delivering engaging and accessible English lessons to students aged 11 to 18 with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, Autism, behavioural challenges, and complex and severe learning difficulties.

As an English Teacher, your role will include:

Planning and delivering creative and accessible English lessons, tailored to a range of learning styles and abilities

Creating a calm, structured, and positive classroom environment that fosters confidence and progress

Working closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic support for students and help them achieve their potential
