Westfield Academy is recruiting for a KS3 SENCO to lead SEN provision across Years 7–9 and ensure high-quality support for students with SEND. You will work with the SENCO, Heads of Year and staff to identify needs, monitor progress and implement effective strategies within the APDR framework.
You will oversee EHCP provision, coordinate access arrangements and liaise with families and external professionals to promote inclusive practice and progression for KS3 students.
