This is an excellent opportunity as an Electrical Lecturer, where you will be supported to gain your teaching qualification if you do not already hold one. The employer provides support with the qualification and associated fees, alongside an incremental salary award on completion. You will join a supportive team within the Construction and Technology department, delivering high-quality, vocationally relevant Electrical training across a range of levels.

You will combine your practical industry knowledge with classroom-based teaching, helping students develop the technical skills, confidence and knowledge required to progress into successful careers. This role would suit an experienced Electrician who is looking for a change from industry and wants to use their knowledge in a more rewarding and long-term career in education.

The Role Plan and deliver engaging, vocationally relevant lessons Teach both practical and classroom-based Electrical content Full Teacher Training and support towards gaining a teaching qualification provided if required Full-time, permanent position, working 35 hours per week Based at the Wycombe Campus
