Aspire People are currently recruiting a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teaching Assistant to work in primary schools across Derby. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children's learning and development in a classroom setting.

• Supporting the class teacher with day-to-day classroom activities
• Working with small groups or on a 1:1 basis to support pupils' learning
• Assisting with lesson preparation and classroom management
• Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

• Previous experience working with children in a primary school setting (desirable)
• A patient, caring, and proactive approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for education and supporting young learners

• Competitive daily rates of £95 - £110, depending on experience
