Location: South Derbyshire
Vital Energi is seeking an Operations and Performance Manager to oversee the safe, efficient operation of the Drakelow plant and to drive performance improvements. The role includes leading the Site Safety Rules as Senior Authorised Person and ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
You will work with SHEQ and Engineering teams to optimise processes, monitor KPIs and budgets, and deliver reliable, high-quality energy services to stakeholders.
