• Ideally holding a Civil Engineering degree (Grade 2:1 or above) or in your final year studying toward this qualification.
• Good communication skills.
• Enthusiastic and ambitious to learn and progress your career.
• A problem‑solver with the ability to work collaboratively with other team members.

• Produce engineering drawings, reports and calculations under the guidance of senior colleagues.
• Work on a variety of challenging and interesting schemes from inception through construction to completion across a range of sectors.
• Participate in Rodgers Leask’s Graduate Training Programme, gaining the necessary skills to undertake the role.
• Receive mentoring and support to work toward Incorporated or Member status on the ICE training scheme.
