As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will take ownership of civil and infrastructure design from early feasibility through to technical approval. The role covers drainage, flood risk, and development infrastructure schemes, working closely with clients, local authorities, and internal teams. This opportunity suits a Senior Civil Engineer who enjoys technical leadership, project ownership, and mentoring junior engineers.

Key responsibilities include:

* Delivering drainage, infrastructure, and flood risk design for residential and mixed-use developments

* Preparing Flood Risk Assessments and Drainage Strategy reports

* Leading S104, S38, and S278 submissions through technical approval

* Undertaking site appraisals, feasibility studies, and cut and fill assessments

* Managing multiple projects while maintaining quality and programme

* Acting as a key technical contact for clients and design teams

* Supporting and mentoring junior engineers

About you:

* Degree qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering

* Around 6+ years UK consultancy experience as a Senior Civil Engineer

* Strong background in drainage, infrastructure, and flood risk

* Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and drainage software

* Confident communicator with good commercial awareness
