Sustainability Consultant (BREEAM / Building Performance)
East Midlands (Nottingham / Derby / Leicester) | Hybrid Working
£30,000 - £40,000 DOE + Excellent Benefits
A well-established building services consultancy is looking to add a BREEAM Sustainability Consultant to their growing East Midlands team.
This is a great opportunity to get involved in a wide range of projects, working alongside engineers and design specialists to deliver low-carbon, high-performing buildings.
What you'll be doing:- Delivering BREEAM assessments across varied projects
- Supporting energy & sustainability strategies from concept stage
- Producing detailed environmental reports
- Contributing to areas like embodied carbon, overheating, and energy modelling
- BREEAM experience (essential)
- Knowledge of UK regs (Part L)
- IES / One Click LCA (beneficial)
- Strong communication + ability to manage multiple projects
