Due to significant investment and long-term programme growth, we're looking for experienced Senior Mechanical Design Engineers, with strong Siemens NX skills and a background in tooling, fixtures, jigs, lifting equipment or precision mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities 3D modelling and 2D detailing in Siemens NX Managing design data via Teamcenter (PLM) Full lifecycle tooling design: requirements ? concept ? DfM ? release Producing assemblies, sub-assemblies, BOMs and detailed drawings Applying GD&T to ASME Y14.5 / BS standards Supporting gated design reviews and client presentations Ensuring compliance with safety legislation and UKCA requirements What You'll Bring Essential:
Strong Siemens NX (3D  2D) Proven tooling / jigs / fixtures / lifting equipment design experience Teamcenter or similar PLM experience Solid DfM understanding Confident with GD&T Desirable:
Experience in nuclear, aerospace, defence, heavy engineering, oil & gas FEA exposure (Abaqus, ANSYS, MathCAD or hand calcs) Manufacturing or toolmaker background Why Join?
