35 | Hybrid Model 2 Days on site in Derby
This clients team has lots of demand, and are in serious growth mode, so are looking for some contractors to join the team.
Key requirements:
Strong experience working in Azure cloud environments (IaaS & PaaS)
Hands-on infrastructure experience including VMs, VNets, NSGs, storage accounts and load balancers
Solid understanding of networking concepts (IP addressing, DNS, VPNs, Express Route) within Azure
Experience with identity and access management (Azure AD, RBAC, Conditional Access)
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (ARM templates, Bicep or Terraform)
Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights)
Knowledge of backup, disaster recovery and high availability solutions in Azure
Strong understanding of general cloud and infrastructure best practices (scalability, security, cost optimisation)
Relevant Azure certifications (AZ‑104 preferred) and ability to operate at a senior level
Azure Cloud/ Infrastructure engineer | 6 month initial contract | £400-£550 InsideIR
