ASSYSTEM is seeking a Commercial Management Consultant / Senior Quantity Surveyor for a flexible, hybrid role based in Oxford (three days a week in the client's office). You will provide quantity surveying support to minimise cost and risk on decommissioning projects, maximise value for money, and advise on procurement strategy and contract variations in a regulated environment.
The role requires a degree in quantity surveying (RICS accredited) with chartered status, strong NEC4 or similar
