Supporting the pre-construction and bid teams on major MEP construction projects. Reviewing technical documentation, specifications and tender information. Assisting with cost planning, value engineering and buildability reviews. Coordinating with design, estimating, commercial and project delivery teams. As An MEP Pre-Construction Engineer

You Will Have:

Previous experience as an MEP Pre-Construction Engineer, MEP Engineer, Design Engineer, Project Engineer or Building Services Engineer. Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical building services.

Experience with in data centres, pharmaceuticals, industrial, manufacturing, commercial or other major construction projects.
