Copello are recruiting a Principal Test Engineer for an on-site role in Stevenage. You will join the Manufacturing team to test electrical/electronic weapon systems during development and early production, ensuring quality and performance before manufacture.
The role requires the ability to lead test system introductions, diagnose failures to circuit level, and mentor junior engineers while coordinating with Operations and design teams.
