Derby, East Midlands Salary/Benefits: £27k - £40k  Training & Benefits We are recruiting for a Legionella Risk Assessor to cover sites across the Midlands region. You will be joining a growing name within the Legionella / Compliance, who have a nationwide presence of commercial, local authority and public sector contracts. Candidates must be confident in completing legionella risk assessments on domestic hot and cold water systems as a minimum, but it would be beneficial to have experience on process systems (i.e. cooling towers).

Qualifications:

-Will hold the City and Guilds (WMSoc) in Legionella Risk Assessing
-Experience working as a Legionella Risk Assessor within a well-established outfit
-Robust technical knowledge, including: ACOP L8 and HSG 274
-Confident in producing technical reports
-Good literacy and numeracy skills
-Hardworking attitude

The Role:

-Carrying out legionella risk assessments on domestic hot and cold water systems
-Highlighting any compliance risks and making appropriate recommendations for rectifying
-Creating schematic drawings and technical reports
-Water sampling and temperature monitoring
-Adhering to set personal targets and deadlines
-Training new risk assessors and providing ongoing support
-Liaising with clients
-Travelling in line with company needs Alternative job titles:
