- Hours:
8am – 5pm (Monday to Friday) - 28 days holiday
- Car allowance: £500 per month
- Company Mobile and Laptop
- Proven track record of leading successful projects and working within a large site team.
- Previous Project Management Experience in a similar field
- Good knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical building services.
- HNC/HND in building services is advantageous.
- Experience in all domestic water and drainage aspects
- Experience in HVAC
- Experience in BMS and Control advantageous
- Good IT skills and ability to use Microsoft Office, company quality documents, programming, and commercial assistance.
- Strong Health & Safety culture with an assertive and proactive ability to ensure compliance with compliant and project procedures.
