We’re looking for an experienced Interim Finance Director who combines strong commercial thinking with a genuinely people-focused leadership style. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a visible, influential role within a multi-entity B2C organisation where finance is seen as a partner to the business, not just a function.
The role
You’ll lead group finance end-to-end, shaping strategy while staying close to the details. Alongside overseeing reporting, planning, cashflow, and controls, you’ll work closely with senior leaders to support smart decision-making and sustainable growth. You’ll also play a key role in developing and motivating a talented finance team, creating a culture of clarity, trust, and continuous improvement.
About you
* Qualified accountant with senior leadership experience
* Commercially aware but balanced, pragmatic, and collaborative
* A natural communicator who builds credibility and rapport quickly
* Hands-on when needed, strategic when it counts
* Comfortable leading in complex or group structures
