• Chatting with clients to understand their mortgage needs.
• Offering expert, honest advice on a wide range of mortgage products and protection options.
• Guiding people through the home‑buying journey.
• Staying on top of market changes and lender criteria.

• CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) – must have.
• Previous experience in mortgage advising.
• Great communicator and genuinely good with people.
• Organised, self‑motivated, and able to manage your own workload.
