Credit Controller

MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with a growing organisation based in Mallusk to recruit a Credit Controller for a inital short term temporary assingment The company Our client is a well-established and reputable organisation with a strong presence in their sector, currently experiencing an exciting period of growth.

The Role Reporting to the Credit Control Lead, this role will involve:
Managing a portfolio of customer accounts and following up on outstanding balances Negotiating and agreeing appropriate payment plans Ensuring debts are managed in line with internal policies and procedures Escalating overdue or high-risk accounts when required Maintaining accurate records while delivering a high level of service

The Person The successful candidate will have:
