State Street seeks an experienced financial crime compliance professional to lead the EMEA Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) based in London. The role oversees investigations and SAR filings across UK, EU and Middle East, supporting UK MLRO/SMF
17 and the global FIU team.
The position offers a hybrid work arrangement in London (4 days onsite, 1 day remote) and requires a proven track record in complex financial services, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of UK/EU AML and sanctions regimes.
