Eaton Syalon are supporting our Derbyshire based client to recruit an Assistant Finance Manager to work in their busy, fast-paced Finance team. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you'll take responsibility for processing payroll data for one of the businesses within the group. You'll produce payment runs, approve suppliers, complete bank reconciliations and support the Finance Manager with some month-end tasks.

• Daily banking receipts and bank reconciliation
• Processing and controlling weekly payment run and other ad hoc payments
• Resolving credit or debit balances
• Weekly outstanding debtors report
• Monthly payroll submissions and administration
• Processing expenses
• Supplier set up
• Credit checks
• Other tasks as requested by the Finance Manager

We're looking for candidates who are AAT qualified or qualified by experience. Ideally you will have payroll processing experience and will have experience having word in a varied accounts role at a similar level. The role requires a well-organised individual who is happy working in a fast-paced setting, able to manage multiple priorities.
