Are you a qualified accountant with significant commercial finance experience within the house building or construction sector? We're recruiting for a Head of Finance to join a well-established and growing organisation, providing senior financial leadership across a regional business.
The Role
As Head of Finance, you'll report directly to the Finance Director and take responsibility for the delivery of accurate financial reporting, forecasting and financial control across the region. You'll lead the finance team and work closely with senior stakeholders across commercial, land and sales, providing insight that supports business performance and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly financial forecasts, including life-of-site project reviews.
- Lead the production of monthly management accounts, reporting packs and performance analysis.
- Oversee short-term and longer-term cashflow forecasting and management.
- Manage the financial reporting and accounting requirements for regional Joint Ventures, including board reporting and cashflows.
