Finance and Treasury Executive -What You'llbe Doing:Finance:
- Supportthemonth-endclosingprocessandmonthlyreconciliationstoensuretimelyandaccuratefinancialreporting
- Maintainmonthlyandannualfinancialreportingprocesses,includingmanagementreports,financial analysis,andad-hoc reporting
- MaintainaccurateaccountingrecordsandassistwithIFRSreportingpackagesandUK&Germanystatutoryfinancialstatements
- Ensurecompliancewithinternalcontrolsandapplicableaccountingandreportingstandards
- Liaisewithinternalandexternalauditorsandsupporttheannualauditprocess
- Assistwithannualbudgetpreparation,forecasting,variance analysis,andfinancialperformancemonitoring
- Preparefinancialreportsandanalysisformanagementandkeystakeholders
- PreparesupportingdocumentationforVATreturnsandcorporatetaxfilings
- Coordinatewithexternaltaxadvisorsregardingtaxmattersandenquiries
- Supportadditionalfinance-relatedprojectsandresponsibilitiesasrequired
- Managedailytreasuryactivitiesincludingbankaccountadministration,online payments,reconciliations,andcashflowreporting
- Monitordailycashmovements,ensuringtimelycollectionsfromcustomersandpaymentstosuppliers
- Performmonthlycashflowanalysisandsupportmonth-endtreasuryreporting
- EnsurecompliancewithcompanypoliciesregardingtheholdingandmanagementofmultiplecurrenciesincludingUSD,EUR,andGBP
- CoordinatewithtradingandoperationsteamstoissueSBLCsandLCs,prepareloandocumentation,andnegotiatetermswithbanksandcounterparties
- SupportbankingfacilitynegotiationsandinternalPCGapplicationprocesses
Succeed:
- Fluent Mandarin and English ,bothspokenandwritten(essential)
- Bachelor'sdegreeorabovein
Accounting,Finance,orarelateddiscipline - Solidexperienceinafinanceandtreasuryrole,ideallywithintheenergytradingandmarketingindustry
- Experience in Germanyorstrongknowledgeof Germantaxandfinancialregulations (highly preferred)
- Strong interpersonal,communication,andstakeholdermanagementskills
- Excellentteamplayerwiththeabilitytocollaborateacrossmultiplefunctions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications ,particularly Excel
- Stronganalyticalskillswithexcellentattentiontodetail
- ExperienceusingSAPandCXLsystems
- ProfessionalaccountingqualificationsuchasACA,ACCA,or equivalent
- Previousexperiencewithina Big Fouraccountingfirm
