£35,000 p/a (negotiable and dependent on experience)

Dream Medical are working with a modern GP practice in Derby who are currently looking for a Full time Practice Nurse to start ASAP.

Position is permanent full time and duties are as follows:

• Work as part of a team alongside GP's, Nurses and healthcare assistants
• Knowledge or experience of Chronic Disease Management
• The care of patients presenting with undifferentiated health problems
• Child and adult immunisations
• Cervical Cytology
• Diabetes, Asthma and COPD monitoring
• Family planning
• Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Up to date knowledge of QOF and Enhanced Services
• Be fully up to date in terms of clinical updates, immunisations and vaccinations
