Our leading client in Derby is looking for a Senior Occupational Health Advisor to join their friendly and supportive team.

The role is 5 days per week and permanent and has a competitive salary range between £58-£61k depending on experience.

Role:

Managing a clinical multidisciplinary team providing supervision, performance management and mentoring.
Leading on clinical advice on the requirements for health surveillance.
Ensuring that occupational health policies and procedures are developed and maintained
Developing and delivering health and wellbeing campaigns

Essential:

Registered Nurse
Experience in Occupational Health
Occupational Health Degree
Experience managing an OH Team / in a Senior OH role

The successful individual will work as part of a team to deliver an exceptional OH service to our client and help bring success to the Company.
