About the Role:
We are recruiting a Registered Manager to run a 6-bed residential home supporting adults with Learning Disabilities, Challenging Behaviour, and Mental Health needs. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality care, compliance, and staff leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily operations of the home
* Lead and develop care staff
* Maintain CQC compliance and care standards
* Promote a safe, structured, and positive environment
* Ensure accurate records and reporting
Person Specification:
* Experience in a managerial role within health & social care
* Knowledge of Learning Disabilities support
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* Knowledge of CQC standards desirable
