About the Role:
We are recruiting a Registered Manager to run a 6-bed residential home supporting adults with Learning Disabilities, Challenging Behaviour, and Mental Health needs. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality care, compliance, and staff leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the home

• Lead and develop care staff

• Maintain CQC compliance and care standards

• Promote a safe, structured, and positive environment

• Ensure accurate records and reporting

Person Specification:

• Experience in a managerial role within health & social care

• Knowledge of Learning Disabilities support

• Strong leadership and organisational skills

• Knowledge of CQC standards desirable
