Role OverviewPeople with a passion for care, empathy, commitment and a desire to grow their career. Experience in care is desirable but not essential for the right candidate.
Responsibilities- Provide personal care to elderly residents in a residential/nursing care environment who may have complex health conditions including dementia.
- Assist with basic activities of daily living and support residents' physical health and well-being.
- Collaborate with other team members and adapt to roles in laundry and kitchen as needed to achieve the best outcome for residents.
- Preferred Care Certificate/NVQ2 qualification.
- Commitment to quality care and ability to work flexibly in a team setting.
33 to 44 hours per week or could be considered as a bank worker.
Wages are the Minimum as per government guidelines for the particular age group.
