Cedar Lodge Care Home in Taunton, Somerset, is looking for a dedicated Care Assistant to support residents with complex needs, including advanced dementia and mental health conditions, in a compassionate, person-centred environment.
This hands-on role involves nights 8pm–8:15am, 36 hours per week with alternate weekends; you will follow care plans, support routines, build trusting relationships, and help create a calm, safe environment that promotes dignity and wellbeing.
