BCHA, in partnership with local health and social care partners, invites applications for a Senior Wellbeing Coordinator. You will create a welcoming hub environment, support individuals with personal wellbeing goals and coordinate multi‑disciplinary involvement to improve community wellbeing.
You will work within Dorset's wellbeing hubs, facilitating learning plans, safeguarding, and reflective practice while promoting access to services and rights for adults in the community.
