Marie Curie is recruiting a Clinical Nurse Specialist for the Rotherham Identification and Support Service. You will act as the initial contact, offering support and advance care planning to patients likely in the last year of life, with home visits and onward referrals.
You will work autonomously, manage your own caseload, train others and coordinate with hospice and community services to ensure high quality patient care. DBS check required and flexible hours may be needed.
