Candlelight Care is seeking caring and reliable individuals to join our home-based care team in Sherborne, Dorset. Full-time and part-time positions are available with shifts from early to late and alternate weekends.
Experience in health and social care is valued, and a driving license is useful for visiting clients. As a Care and Support Worker, you will provide emotional and practical support, help with daily living tasks, monitor health, and report any changes to the Registered Manager.
