Gloucestershire County Council Adult Social Care is recruiting six Occupational Therapists to join our reablement service across Gloucestershire. The roles focus on strengths-based, functional interventions to help adults live independently and achieve what matters to them.
You will work across community teams, hospital discharge pathways and specialist services, with training and support provided, and a focus on person-centred care.
