The Community Psychiatric Nurse role in the Crisis NW Team at Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust is a development post. You will start at Band 5 and move to Band 6 on completing competencies, with potential band review after approximately six months.
You will work within a multidisciplinary team, perform assessments, support care planning, and collaborate with primary care and community services to deliver high-quality mental health care.
