Camden Society is recruiting for a Deputy Care Support Manager in Oxford Youll combine hands-on support for adults with a learning disability (including some personal care) with supervising and mentoring teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.

Key duties:

Lead, coach, and support care teams on shift Assist with rotas, records, audits, and support plans Deputise for the Support Manager Promote safety, dignity, inclusion, and independence Were looking for people with experience supporting people with a learning disability, leadership skills, and knowledge of safeguarding.
