Carers’ Resource in Bradford is seeking a Carer Navigator to identify and address the needs of unpaid carers while the person they care for is in hospital. You’ll listen, advise and advocate for carers, and work closely with hospital teams to support discharge planning.
Based at Bradford Royal Infirmary with some time in Shipley, you’ll also conduct outreach to promote our services, engage with partners, and help build a supportive community for carers.
