Position: Full-time Complex Carer
Experienced Full-Time Carers Required – DE3 Area We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated Full-Time Carers to join our team and provide high-quality, person-centred care within the DE3 area. This is an opportunity for experienced care professionals who are confident supporting individuals with complex care and ventilation needs and who are committed to maintaining the highest standards of care, dignity, and safety.

Key Requirements Applicants must have: A minimum of 12 months’ UK care experience Previous experience supporting individuals with complex care needs Proven experience in ventilation care management Practical experience with tracheostomy care Competence in suctioning
