South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a clinician to offer preliminary assessments that require rapid intervention and to provide comprehensive, ongoing assessments for high-risk service users. You will participate in daily referral screening meetings and liaise closely with crisis services and out-of-hours teams.
You will cover GP Connect from 5-7pm, ensure referrals are accepted within the target twenty days, and help the service meet KPI targets.
