HR Advisor

Portfolio HR & Reward are supporting an inclusive public sector organisation that are currently seeking a HR Advisor join them on a Temporary basis until next July.

This role will be based in Derby, and offers hybrid working following probation.

The successful candidate will receive an hourly rate between £18 - £21 per hour, plus holiday pay.

As a successful HR Advisor, you will be responsible for;

Deliver a business partnering approach to professional advice, guidance and coaching to managers around policy
Support with grading evaluation and moderation of current pay and grading strategy
Advise advice in formal hearings and meetings in line with employment law

The ideal HR Advisor will have experience in the following;

Providing professional advice and support within a large organisation, ideally also with unions and stakeholders
Strong employment law knowledge
CIPD Level 5 qualification or qualified through experience
