Our client, a specialist recruitment partner, is seeking an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to support candidate sourcing, client delivery and business development activity. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and is motivated by building strong relationships with both candidates and employers.

Key Responsibilities

* Source and screen candidates for live vacancies.

* Build candidate relationships through phone, email and online channels.

* Write job adverts and manage applications.

* Support interview coordination, feedback and offer processes.

* Maintain accurate CRM and candidate records.

* Assist with client research and business-development activity.
