Kids Planet Day Nurseries is seeking a People (HR) Advisor to join our field-based team, based in the North. You will support day-to-day people matters, coach managers, and ensure policy and legislation compliance across the region.
Some travel to Central Support monthly for team meetings is required. As part of the People team you will deliver training, support recruitment and onboarding, handle absence management, and act as a wellbeing champion across settings.
