Wates Group’s Redditch-based WPS team is seeking an experienced HR Advisor on a 6-month fixed-term contract to support managers and employees across the business with a wide range of HR and employee relations matters.
The role focuses on coaching managers, applying HR policies, and contributing to TUPE transfers, change projects and policy development, together with DBS checks at offer stage where appropriate.
