The Role As a Graduate Executive Search Consultant, youll be responsible for:
Researching specialist markets and mapping senior talent Identifying and engaging high-calibre candidates Building relationships with senior professionals Working on retained executive search assignments Developing a deep understanding of your specialist market Supporting experienced consultants on live searches Progressing towards managing your own searches and client relationships Who Are We Looking For?
