Position: HR Advisor (FTC)

Our client, a growing precision engineering manufacturer supplying the aerospace industry, are now looking for an HR Advisor to join their team on a 17-month fixed-term contract, covering maternity leave.

Job Description

Provide day-to-day HR advice and guidance to employees and Line Managers, ensuring a consistent and fair approach to people-related matters.
Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives, policies and procedures in line with business requirements and employment legislation.
Monitor and analyse HR data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement across areas such as absence, employee relations, recruitment and retention.
Support organisational change and workforce planning activities
Build strong relationships across the site, working collaboratively with managers and employees

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

Strong experience working at HR Advisor level
Experience working within a manufacturing environment
Good understanding of UK employment legislation and HR best practice
CIPD qualification is highly desirable but not needed
