Employee Relations Case Advisor

Employee Relations Advisor Initial 6 month FTC Hybrid Working - 2 days per week in Warwick Salary Circa £45,000 per annum We're looking for an Employee Relations Advisor to join our Case Management team, providing timely, professional advice and guidance to managers across a wide range of ER policies and processes. What You'll Do As an ER Advisor, you'll:
Deliver expert advice on disciplinary, grievance, performance, sickness absence, discrimination, bullying & harassment, and other ER matters. Coach and support managers through informal and formal processes, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes. Oversee investigation processes, ensuring reports are complete, accurate, and delivered on time. Maintain regular contact with stakeholders to ensure wellbeing and pastoral care throughout case management. Support administrative tasks including documentation, SharePoint updates, and tribunal preparation.

Facilitate ER training sessions and contribute to policy development and improvement projects. What You'll Bring Strong understanding of employment law and ER policies. Experience advising stakeholders at all levels with confidence and clarity. Excellent communication and coaching skills, with the ability to manage sensitive conversations. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
