Location: South Derbyshire
Sivara GmbH is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join their internal IT team on a fixed term contract in the UK. This hybrid role will be based at the Winchester headquarters for 2 days per week. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in IT Service Desk or IT Support environments. This position offers an exciting chance to be a part of a major digital transformation programme, providing essential support and collaborating with other teams to deliver a high-quality service.
The role includes resolving technical issues, managing support tickets, and engaging in various projects alongside daily tasks.
