DescriptionRole Overview
Managing a busy ITIL service desk environment, you will lead a team of 20 analysts providing 1st and 2nd line support in a B2B context. You will act as the bridge between other business units and maintain strong internal relationships while also driving forward relationships with external clients. Key responsibilities include setting SLA/KPI targets, conducting customer review meetings, and ensuring a world‑class service desk.
- Do you have excellent service desk management experience?
- Have you managed teams of 15 or more?
- Can you drive change and lead from the front?
Excellent communication, time‑management, and leadership skills are essential to engage with all staff levels, inspire teams, and deliver on targets.
