About the Role

We are looking for a curious, commercially minded Data Analyst to join our Finance and Operations team and play a key role in how data drives decision-making across the business.

This is more than a reporting role. It’s an opportunity to influence strategy, improve performance, and build scalable data solutions that senior leaders rely on.

Key responsibilities:

  • Analyse financial and operational performance to identify trends, risks and opportunities
  • Define, track and evolve KPIs and key financial metrics
  • Communicate insights clearly through strong data story telling
  • Design and Deliver engaging Power BI dashboards and reports to support business decisions
  • Support forecasting, budgeting and scenario modelling through robust, data-led insights

You will combine strong analytical thinking with hands‑on technical expertise, working across tools such as Power BI, Excel, SQL (where relevant) and programming languages like Python or VBA. This includes:

  • Using advanced Excel, Power Query, Power Pivot, automation and scripting to streamline data processes
  • Applying programming skills to automate workflows, deepen analysis and enhance reporting capabilities
  • Building scalable data models and continuously improving processes through automation and optimisation

Working closely with Finance and the People team, you’ll help transform how data is used to plan, forecast and drive performance across the organisation. A core part of the role will involve:

  • Bringing together data from multiple systems, including from multiple systems, including data via APIs across different ERP platforms
  • Creating a single, reliable source of truth to enable consistent and scalable reporting
  • Driving improvements in governance and automation

You’ll also have the opportunity to explore emerging technologies, including agentic AI, using intelligent automation and AI‑driven workflows to further enhance insight and efficiency.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across the full data lifecycle and is confident both technically and commercially, from extracting and modelling data through to delivering clear, impactful insights.
