167 Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a growing organisation seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of Salesforce and CRM transformation projects.

This is an exciting opportunity for a delivery-focused Project Manager who combines strong stakeholder management skills with hands-on experience of CRM platforms, digital transformation initiatives and technology-led change.

Working closely with business leaders, technical teams and external partners, you will play a key role in delivering projects that improve customer experience, streamline operations and support business growth.

As Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Managing the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce and CRM projects.
• Coordinating business stakeholders, technical teams and third-party suppliers.
• Defining project scope, timelines, budgets and deliverables.
