Mixam is seeking a senior lifecycle and retention marketer to own end-to-end CRM. You will lead lifecycle strategy across email, SMS, loyalty, segmentation, testing, and Hubspot tooling, identifying risk and opportunity, and delivering measurable revenue impact.
This autonomous role requires building processes from scratch, advising on strategy, and executing campaigns across markets. You will partner with Marketing, Data, Product, and Operations to maximize LTV and cohort reactivation.
