The role:

Every person in our team plays a critical role in delivering OMNIAs vision; designing, delivering, and transforming collective training so the British Army is ready to fight and win.

Youll work in a matrix organisation and report operationally through OMNIA Training and functionally through the Raytheon UK Engineering Management team. Ultimately, youll work for the British Army, championing innovation, and helping shape the future of military collective training. The Head of Transformation and Changewill lead the Transformation and Change workstream within the OMNIA Training programme team. You will be responsible for leading the Transformation and Change personnel and processes.

This senior position is critical to the successful transformation of theArmy Collective Training Service (ACTS) and is part of the Senior Leadership Team of Omnia Training.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide leadership for the Transformation and innovation services Oversee the development, delivery and management of the Monitoring, Innovating, Acquiring and Configuring (MIAC) Services. Shape and influence the future of Army collective training, ensuring alignment with Defence-wide transformation objectives. Act as the senior advisor to the Omnia Managing Director and Leadership Team on all transformation and change. Maintain a technology overwatch to drive innovation to ensure an integrated and cohesive transformation across collective training delivery, doctrine, data, infrastructure, and people.

Develop and implement change management strategies that support adoption and sustainability of new capabilities. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align transformation initiatives with business goals. Oversee the design, integration, and implementation of technical solutions across the programme. Ensure governance, risk management, and compliance standards are met throughout the transformation lifecycle. Build and lead cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement.

Monitor and report on transformation progress, risks, and outcomes to executive leadership. Who we are looking for:
